EDUCATION WORK
THOUGHTFULNESS: Video is one of the most valuable tools for education, whether it’s for teacher professional development, curriculum, to inform and excite others about new programs and ideas, to chronicle events and workshops, and to motivate. We know education because we've been involved in it for decades. We collaborate with curriculum developers and professional development teams. We understand pedagogy and keep informed and involved in trends and ideas in education. We know how to work with teachers and students, and our crews have extensive experience in classrooms, at professional development events, and in meetings and special events. We’ll help you identify what’s meaningful and how to transform it into a learning experience for video audiences.
ABOUT US
COLLABORATION: Group 5 Media is a full-service production company specializing in video that supports education and nonprofit organizations. We work with clients to produce programs that get the word out about their organizations, that provide professional development, support curriculum, populate websites, for grant reporting, marketing, and to raise funds. We collaborate with organizations seeking to implement new programs and conceptualize the use of media.
FLEXIBILITY: We consult with organizations, work with teachers, visit classrooms, and produce video programs that support the work of school reform and meaningful child development. We listen to what our clients need, conceptualize ideas, and offer multiple solutions. When you contact us, we know how to ask the right questions and find more than one answer.

NEAL DAVIS
SUPPORT: Neal Davis of Group 5 Media has devoted over 30 years to working in education. He's been a teacher and school administrator, he’s developed curriculum, worked in nonprofits, and he’s produced hundreds of video programs for education and nonprofit organizations. He offers a unique set of skills and experiences that enables him to work closely with educational organizations to write, produce, and direct video programs that get the word out about transformative and meaningful education initiatives. Using video, he produces and directs programs that support school improvement, professional development, curriculum implementation, marketing, grant reporting, and fundraising.
Neal holds an MS in video production from Brooklyn College, an EdM and teaching credential from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA in English from Oberlin College.
